Privacy Policy

Pitchful ("we", "us", or "our") provides AI-powered sales call coaching. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Pitchful, you agree to this policy.

• Account data: name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up.
• Call content: audio files, transcripts, and any notes you upload or generate inside Pitchful.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and basic device/browser information for analytics and reliability.
• Billing data: processed by Stripe; we never see or store full payment card numbers.

• Provide and improve the core product (transcription, scoring, coaching, follow-ups).
• Authenticate you, secure your account, and prevent abuse.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Send transactional email (receipts, account notices) and, with consent, product updates.

Call audio and transcripts are sent to third-party AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Google) to generate transcripts, scores, and coaching feedback. These providers process data under their own privacy and data-retention policies. We do not use your call content to train public foundation models.

We share data only with: (a) infrastructure subprocessors needed to run Pitchful (hosting, AI, payments, email), (b) authorities when required by law, and (c) anyone you explicitly share a call or report with via the in-product share feature.

We keep your call data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual calls at any time, or request full account deletion by emailing us. Backups are purged within 30 days of deletion.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted via row-level security so each user can only see their own calls. We follow industry-standard practices but no system is perfectly secure.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings or by contacting pitchful.ai@gmail.com. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR; California users have rights under CCPA.

Pitchful is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
