Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Pitchful, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Pitchful provides AI-powered transcription, scoring, coaching, and follow-up drafts for sales calls. Features may change as the product evolves.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of any audio, transcripts, and notes you upload. You grant Pitchful a worldwide, royalty-free license to process this content solely to provide and improve the service for you. We do not sell your content or use it to train public foundation models.

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from call participants before uploading recordings, in accordance with the laws of every jurisdiction involved (including all-party-consent states).

• No illegal activity, harassment, or content that violates anyone's rights.
• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or circumventing access controls.
• No reselling, sublicensing, or using the service to build a competing product.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are at our discretion. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

The free tier is provided as-is and may have limits on calls, features, and usage. We may modify or discontinue it at any time.

Coaching feedback, scores, and email drafts are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always review before acting on them. Pitchful is not a substitute for professional sales, legal, or compliance advice.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account anytime from Settings.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pitchful's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
